I offer consultations in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What to Expect in Your First Consultation

Your first consultation lasts about 60 to 90 minutes and is a space to share your full story — not just your symptoms. We’ll explore your physical health, emotional well-being, sleep, stress levels, preferences, and anything else that makes you uniquely you.

These insights help me choose the remedy that best matches your overall picture — supporting you on every level.

Finding the Right Remedy

After our conversation, I’ll carefully select a homeopathic medicine that matches your individual experience. This includes choosing the right dosage and strength for your specific needs.

Homeopathy works by gently stimulating your body’s own healing ability. Because we look at the whole picture — not just isolated symptoms — the remedy can support shifts on physical, emotional, and mental levels.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Support

After your first consultation, we’ll usually schedule a follow-up appointment in 4 to 6 weeks. This is an opportunity to check in, see how you’ve responded to the remedy, and make adjustments if needed.

Follow-up sessions are shorter and focus on your progress:

  • If the remedy is the right match, you’ll likely feel improvements across the board.

  • If things haven’t shifted much, we’ll explore a different approach or remedy.

Healing can be quick for acute conditions, and more gradual for chronic issues — it all depends on your body’s vitality and how long you’ve had the complaint. Either way, I’ll be with you on your path toward balance and wellbeing.

Reimbursement

Homeopathy is reimbursed through supplementary health insurance but is not included in your own risk.

Many health insurers reimburse alternative treatments up to a set amount per day, while others cover a percentage of the cost — for example, 80%.

After your consultation, you will receive an invoice which you can submit directly to your health insurance provider.
